Good Grief Center

The Good Grief Center is a nonprofit charitable organization located in Squirrel Hill. They provide compassionate support services and resources to individuals of all ages coping with the death of someone important in their life.

Highmark's The Caring Place

Highmark's The Caring Place champions the cause of grieving children by creating awareness of their needs, providing programs for them and their families, and empowering the community to effectively support them. The first Caring Place facility opened in Pittsburgh in 1997.

Gilda's Club of Western Pennsylvania

Gilda's Club's mission is to create a welcoming community of support for everyone touched by cancer – men, women, teens and children – along with their families and friends. Their innovative program is an essential complement to medical care, providing networking and support groups, workshops, education and social activities.
